Conscious Creation

Conscious Creation

We all realize that these are challenging times we are living in. So how is your life going? Think about it for a minute. Most people will automatically answer fine. But how is your life really going? Are you living the life you have always dreamed of or are you living the life you have settled for? Is it better to keep things the way they are or are you ready for some change?

How did your life get to be the way it is? Believe it or not, you have created your life. Everyday you make choices and those choices create your reality. You decided to get out of bed this morning. That was a choice. You decided to shower and dress, or maybe you
didn’t, either way it was a choice. Every choice you make influences what comes next. This is how you create your reality. You are in charge. You make the choices, nobody else. If you don’t like what you get from your choices you can always choose differently. Or can you?

Ever notice how you seem to make the same choices over and over again? Our choices are subject to our beliefs. We have both conscious and subconscious beliefs. When both the conscious and subconscious minds are in agreement, choices are easy. However, when they are not in agreement guess who wins? The subconscious mind, every time because it is so much more powerful than the conscious mind. Conscious beliefs seem easy to change. What about subconscious beliefs? How do you even find out what they are much less change them? And how did they get there in the first place?

There are several sources for our subconscious beliefs. Two of the primary ones are our childhood and life events. Subconscious beliefs, especially those from life events, often have emotions tied to them that are stored in the body. For example, if you felt betrayed by a close friend, you might create a belief that goes something like this, people can’t be trusted. There might also be an emotion associated with it, say sadness that a friendship had been lost. That emotion may well be stored in your body and every time you feel betrayed in the future, you add a little more sadness to what has already accumulated. If you don’t do anything about it, this may grow into what we refer to as an energy cyst. Energy cysts disrupt the normal functions of the body and left unattended will continue to grow and eventually require your attention.

That condition that you may have gone to the doctor to have checked may actually have an emotional side to it that is linked to a subconscious belief that were both created as a result of a life event. What can you do about it? Change the subconscious belief and
release the emotions. It’s actually rather simple and straight forward. We help clients do it all the time. We use PSYCH-K® to find and verify the limiting subconscious belief and shift it. We then use CranioSacral techniques to assist the body in releasing the associated emotions or energy cysts. The result is a new belief that allows you to choose differently and the release of what may well be the source of your body discomfort.

When you consciously change your subconscious beliefs to be in alignment with your
conscious beliefs, you are now consciously creating your reality. You are using your beliefs and your feelings to make decisions. The alignment of your conscious and subconscious minds allows you to more easily create and achieve the life you want.
